- How does Topline Medical prepare the equipment sold?

All equipment & parts sold by Topline Medical is cleaned, tested, calibrated, & made patient ready unless specifically indicated otherwise. Equipment is sold
complete with the accessories needed to place the equipment into operation upon receipt from Topline, including new batteries, & operator's manuals for most equipment.
Disposable or consumable items may be provided, depending on the type & quantity required, but customers are typically responsible for acquiring & providing disposable items
(disposable electrodes, printer paper, disposable sensors, etc.) to be used with Topline Medical's equipment.
- Does Topline Medical provide technical support?

Topline Medical provides technical support at No-Charge to our customers. If the product or service needed is not available from Topline Medical, we will make every
effort to refer our customers to a trusted business or individual that can help.
- Does Topline Medical provide warranties for sold equipment?
-
Topline Medical provides warranties on all equipment sold by Topline. The warranty period for dealer sales is typically 30 days - 90 days, depending on the product.
Clinical customer & end-user warranties are typically 90 days up to 1-year depending on the product & application. Warranty repairs or replacement items are handled
directly by Topline Medical in most instances. Extended warranties or service contracts are available for an additional charge, for most equipment.
Since Topline Medical's equipment is prepared & sold in patient-ready condition, the need for longer warranty periods is typically unnecessary, as longer warranty
often translates into higher pricing. Topline Medical's prices are very competitive with industry dealers & brokers, even many that do not prepare the equipment in
patient-ready condition the way Topline Medical does.
- What do I need to do, if the equipment I bought from Topline Medical develops a problem?

Topline Medical will repair or replace equipment at No-Charge for warranty repair items, & can assist with repair parts and/or technical support for items not
currently covered by a warranty. In addition, Topline Medical may be able to provide fee-for-service repairs, depending on the product, whether the equipment was
bought by Topline Medical, or not. Ask your Topline sales representative for additional information regarding repairs.
- Does Topline Medical buy used equipment?

With Topline Medical's history & experience, equipment purchases can be made whether from a hospital, clinic, physician practice, surgery center, dealer or broker,
or other sources such as lease returns, manufacturers, etc. Equipment purchases can be made, dependent on current inventory levels, the model & type of equipment,
the configuration & condition of the equipment, accessories included with the device, market values for the equipment, & similar considerations. Ask us for a
quotation to buy your equipment that is no longer needed; if we cannot provide you with a quotation, we will make every effort to refer you to someone that can.
- How long does it take to receive equipment once an order has been placed?

Topline Medical maintains a large inventory of equipment & parts, so orders can be shipped in a short time, many times the same day the order is placed.
Some equipment types & multiple-unit sales may take additional time to ship, in order to allow Topline Medical the necessary time to properly clean, test,
accessorize, & prepare the items for shipment. Customers have come to rely on the quality of Topline's equipment, parts, & service, & understand the need to
take the proper amount of time to prepare the item(s) so there are no surprises when the product is received. Topline Medical wants to earn your business by
being the best, not just the fastest provider of equipment. Topline Medical utilizes common shipping carriers like UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, blanket-wrap van lines,
LTL truck shipments, Hot-Shot delivery services, & most similar shipping providers.
- What type of payments does Topline Medical accept?

Domestic customers in the United States can elect from several payment options; Visa & MasterCard credit card payment, C.O.D. shipments, Wire-Transfer payment method,
or credit account terms for customers that have submitted an approved credit application form. Sales tax is charged for all orders, unless Topline/DMS has received
a copy of the customer's valid tax-exempt form or resale certificate, as Topline's parent corporation, DMS Health Technologies, has a presence in all contiguous
states within the U.S.
- How do I place an order with Topline Medical?

Existing customers with approved credit accounts can submit a Purchase Order to Topline via phone, fax, or e-mail method. New & existing customers can place their
order with Topline Medical via Visa or MasterCard credit card for all domestic shipments delivered within the U.S. Company check or certified check payments, &
C.O.D. shipments are also available.
Canadian customers may make payment-in-advance via wire-transfer, company check, or approved Visa or MasterCard credit card method.
International customers can place their orders via phone, fax, or e-mail method, but no shipments can be made until payment for the order is received.
Wire-transfer of funds, or other certified payment method must be received before orders are shipped.
Credit accounts can be established by submitting a completed copy of DMS Health Technologies' Credit Application Form, or an accepted credit reference letter
with credit, banking, & trade references, & financial or administrative signature included.
Sales tax is charged on all domestic orders, unless a current tax-exempt or resale certificate is provided.
All payments are to be in U.S. Dollars.
