DMS Health Technologies with its main office in Fargo, ND, sells, installs and services a wide variety of medical imaging and patient monitoring products. Philips Medical Systems is the primary product line for DMS Health Technologies. Diagnostic imaging products include Radiographic, Fluoroscopic, Vascular, Cardiovascular, Computed Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), PACS and Ultrasound, to include cardiac and vascular systems. DMS Health Technologies also represents numerous other manufacturers in an effort to provide its customers with the widest range of support for their imaging needs.

The Cardiac Monitoring Division of DMS Health Technologies (CMS Division) sells patient monitoring equipment and supplies. This division was developed with the acquisition of North Star Medical in July 2003 and is based out of our Maple Grove, MN office.

Topline Medical was acquired by DMS Health Technologies in July 2003. Topline Medical sells new and used patient monitoring and resuscitation equipment. Topline Medical operates out of the Fargo, ND office, with a sales force in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metropolitan area as well.

History

In 1972, Carl and Bonnie Reed founded Dakota Medical Systems as a provider of diagnostic imaging equipment and service to the Dakotas and Minnesota. With integrity and dependability as its main ideals, the company continued to grow. Later, to better reflect its purpose and sales territory, it became Diagnostic Medical Systems, Inc.

Since that time, the company has continued to keep abreast of the advances in diagnostic imaging technology. The experience, dedication and expertise of its employees along with quality products have allowed DMS to enjoy a reputation for quality within the industry. This reputation has been sustained throughout the history of DMS and the company continues it substantial growth.

Otter Tail Corporation (NASDAQ: OTTR) acquired Diagnostic Medical Systems in 1993. Otter Tail is a diversified corporation with interests in an electric utility, health services, manufacturing, plastics and other businesses.

In February of 2001, DMS Health Group was created. At that time, Diagnostic Medical Systems, Inc. became DMS Health Technologies. DMS Health Group brought DMS Health Technologies, DMS Imaging, DMS Interim Solutions and DMS MedSource Partners together as an alliance in providing solutions for all diagnostic imaging services.

Today DMS Health Technologies is a distributor for major diagnostic imaging equipment manufacturers including, but not limited to, Philips Medical. The 2003 acquisition of North Star Medical allowed for the development of the Cardiac Monitoring Division (CMS Division), which offers patient monitoring equipment. Topline Medical was also acquired in 2003. Topline Medical sells used patient monitoring and resuscitation equipment to medical facilities nationwide.
